Professional – By focusing on chocolate in ways that are not normally experienced, the hypnotherapist can begin to draw the client’s attention to the negative elements of consuming chocolate. This script therefore is likely to create an abreaction. There is some strong leverage suggestions in this scripts which may cause the client to become quite nauseous at the thought of chocolate and this should be tested at the end of the session by asking them how they feel about chocolate now.

I used this script with a client and not only did it put them off of chocolate, it’s put me off of it too! This is a powerful one- use with caution!!
