Amateur – Use this script for a client who has a specific public speaking presentation to make. This script gives suggestions for confidence and clear communication so that the client can feel fully at ease prior to the speaking engagement instead of becoming more and more nervous which impacts upon their performance. The script takes them through feelings of confidence they have experienced in the past and applies them to the forthcoming speaking event, right through to internally celebrating after the event has occurred successfully.

I like this script and have found it useful in my sessions. i this is context dependant and in some scenarios it would need adjusting.
