Amateur- This encourages the unconscious creative abilities to be readily tapped into and expanded upon so that more confidence in the existence of a creative state will grow. This utilises sensory specific information to encourage creativity to flow though a multitude of different mediums and to allow creative information to be picked up by all of the body’s sensory systems.
