Amateur – This script is great for reminding the client that a setback is not the same as being unsuccessful, but a signal to do something differently. This prevents feelings of failure which could lead to comfort eating, counter acting the good work and attitude already created. Ask the client by what date they wish to achieve their desired weight before you begin so that they are able to verbalise it to you when goal setting in the session.
