TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRAINING/ COURSES
1.1 Cancellations must be made within 14 days of your initial payment and an amount equal to the full RRP price of your home study materials will be kept as there are no cancellation right for our products. You will not be entitled to a refund after the 14 days. The pre-course materials for the first course you are due to attend will be sent to you via special delivery upon receipt of your first payment amount. The products remain the property of People Building Ltd until such time that the balance has cleared the purchase amount equivalent to the home study materials. If you are absent from the training room whilst training is in progress you will not earn your accreditation. We want you to feel fully committed in your decision to work with us, and as such, instalment arrangements are made in good faith. We will pursue any payment defaults. If you run into difficulties please communicate with us so that we can help you make arrangements to clear off any outstanding balance. You are not licensed to use our logo or branding in your business or advertising unless we give you permission in writing to do so.
1.2 All delegates must inform us of the date of their chosen event within 28 days of their booking. Failure to do so will result in the booking being deemed a cancellation and all monies paid will be forfeited.
1.3 Travel expenses, accommodation, meals and refreshments are not included in the course price.
1.4 If you are unable to attend a training course you may transfer to a later course (subject to an administration charge). Any transfers will be subject to an administration charge of 25% of the total course fees, rising to a 50% charge if we receive written notification less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the course. All administration charges are payable within 28 days of notification of transfer. If the administration charge is not paid within 28 days of notification of transfer, the booking will be deemed a cancellation and therefore clause 1.5 shall apply.
1.5 If you wish to cancel a booking, we must receive written notification by post and a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee will be charged, rising to 100% if we receive written notification less than 14 days prior to the start of the course booked. You must also return or reimburse People Building to the full ticket price for any bonuses and course materials received with the purchase of the course.
1.6 Should a course be cancelled or withdrawn due to circumstances beyond People Building control, you will be entitled to transfer to an identical course commencing within 12 months of the date of commencement of the cancelled event.
1.7 In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with the course by the end of the fourth day, a full refund can be obtained. In order to be eligible for a full refund you must attend the first four days of the course, comply with all operating agreements established at the commencement of the course and complete a refund request form before leaving the venue.
1.8 We reserve the right to move an event to another venue within 60-mile radius of the originally named venue on giving not less than 48 hours notice.
1.9 Certification fees are due with the final balance. If certification standards is not reached this fee will be refunded within 28 day of the end of the event.
1.10 In the event of a missed payment, if we have not received payment within seven day of the payment due to date, the booking will be deemed a cancellation and therefore the cancellation fee shall apply, as stated in clause 1.5.
1.11 Specific event content may be subject to cancellation or alteration.
1.12 Speakers may be subject to change or cancellation.
1.13 All bonus items and course materials will not be made available until we are in receipt of at least 50% of course fees.
Participants Agreement and Release
You agree to use all information contained and presented in this training only for the purposes of either self-improvement or to achieve a positive outcome when working with others. You understand that the power of these techniques requires care, integrity and respect for the highest intention of all individuals.
You confirm that you enter this training of my own free will and accept complete responsibility for my well being at all times. You further acknowledge that You am a healthy individual and that You am physically and psychologically fit to fully participate in this training and that I know of no reason, nor have You been informed by my physician, psychiatrist or psychologist (who I have previously informed of my intention to participate in this training) of any reason, why Your participation would do You harm of any nature. If this does not accurately reflect Your situation You agree that You will notify one of the People Building representatives before participating in the workshop. You agree to release and hold harmless People Building International Limited, its agents, representatives and employees from all liability to which they may at any time be subject to by You (except for gross negligence) resulting from the training and/or any portion of the training in which You voluntarily participate and from any negligent acts or omissions and from all actions proceedings costs damages claims and demands relating thereto and You further agree that You will at any time or times in the future as and when called upon by People Building International Limited so to do, enter in to and execute (each as a Deed) such further release or releases and in such form as People Building International Limited may require. You understand that although this workshop may raise emotional issues, it is not intended to provide a therapeutic environment or be a substitute for ongoing counselling or psychotherapy and that any unresolved issues which may surface and which may warrant counselling, will be at my own expense.
Furthermore, You acknowledge that any recording or written material included as part of this workshop and all rights (including Intellectual Property Rights) relating thereto respectively are the sole property of People Building International Limited or others from whom such rights may be derived (whether or not protected by trademark and copyright laws) and are for the use of People Building International Limited and employees and may not be used without obtaining prior written permission. As a participant, You agree to NOT record this workshop or any part thereof. You also acknowledge that from time to time People Building events are filmed or recorded for sales, marketing, promotional or quality control purposes. By attending an event, You consent to being filmed for the duration of the event and agree that People Building shall retain all intellectual Property Rights arising from any resulting media. You also agree that People Building shall hold Your details on file and on computer and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, You am able to view Your individual file by giving not less than seven days written notice.
ClickBank’s Return Policy (FOR DIGITAL PURCHASES FROM CLICKBANK ONLY)
ClickBank is committed to ensuring satisfaction for all customers who purchase its products. As the leading retailer of digital products, ClickBank relies on its Return and Cancellation Policy to help ensure this satisfaction.
Our return policy for all ClickBank products is as follows:
ClickBank will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any product within 60 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 60 day return period.
Defining Returns and Cancellations
When a customer reaches us by phone or email, our first response is to assist in getting technical support or customer service for the customer for the product that they purchased. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return or a cancellation may be processed.
If a customer requests a return, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer. If the return is for a recurring billing product, then the return policy allows for the most recent payment to be returned. Multiple payment returns can be provided as long as they are within ClickBank’s Return Policy. A return on a recurring billing product will also result in a cancellation.
If customers request a cancellation for their recurring billing product, no future rebills will be charged to their account. Cancellation will not generate a return – it will only stop any future rebills.
Details of ClickBank’s Return Policy
Customers requesting a return after 60 days will be directed to the vendor for technical support or customer service. Vendors may request a return, on behalf of customers, of any purchase up to 90 days after the date of the ClickBank customer’s purchase.
Returns will only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for return.
When a sale is returned, the customer receives a 100% refund. Payouts from that sale are debited back out of the corresponding vendor and affiliate accounts.
Our vendors are not permitted to make any guarantee that conflicts with our return policy. If you find a product sold through ClickBank with any warranty that conflicts with our return policy, please bring it to our attention so that we can take corrective action.
Reasons Why a Sale May Be Refunded
ClickBank has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality products and service. To ensure customer satisfaction, ClickBank reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:
- If the customer provides a valid reason for requesting a return within 60 days of purchase;
- If the vendor of the product requests a return on the customer’s behalf within 90 days of purchase if our customer service team confirms there is a valid reason for the return;
- If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized;
- In order to comply with credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, PayPal terms of service, U.S. law, and requests from verified US judiciary or law enforcement agents; or
- For any other reason ClickBank deems appropriate.
ClickBank’s Cancellation Policy
The customer may cancel a recurring billing subscription products at any time. A cancellation means that no future rebills are charged to the customer’s account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund.
Abuse of the Return Policy
Customers requesting serial or repeated returns may be blocked from making further purchases.
Note to ClickBank Clients
This Return and Cancellation Policy is part of, and incorporated within, the ClickBank Client Contract. As a condition of registering with ClickBank and using the ClickBank Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Return and Cancellation Policy and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained within. If at any time you disagree with this Return and Cancellation Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease all use of the ClickBank Services and terminate your account. Please note, however, that any transactions which occurred prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Return and Cancellation Policy.
