Hello, I’m Paula, a therapeutic coach, NLP Trainer, and Clinical Hypnotherapist on a mission to help people achieve their deserved outcomes and transform their lives. My journey into the world of therapy and coaching began with a deep passion for understanding the human mind and unlocking its incredible potential.

As a child, I was naturally curious about people’s behaviours, emotions, and thoughts. This fascination continued through into my adult life. Working in corporate businesses for over 25 years, I had the privilege to work alongside some exceptional, successful people and became even more interested in understanding the secrets behind their continued success. Through keen observation, and modelling their behaviours, I found that I was also able to achieve my own goals more easily. It wasn’t until I discovered Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Clinical Hypnotherapy that I truly found my calling.

NLP fascinated me with its ability to uncover patterns in human behaviour and thought processes. It offered a powerful set of tools to reframe negative beliefs, eliminate self-sabotaging behaviours, and build empowering new habits. Paired with Clinical Hypnotherapy, I realised that this combination could guide people through profound transformations at a subconscious level.

Driven by my passion for helping others, I immersed myself in training, becoming a certified NLP Trainer, IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) Practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist. With these skills, I established my practice in Ashford, offering a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their inner world, heal from past traumas and take control of their futures.

Using NLP, I empower my clients to communicate effectively, both with themselves and with others. We work together to identify and dissolve limiting beliefs, paving the way for personal growth and development. Hypnotherapy allows me to guide clients into a relaxed state where their minds are open to positive suggestions, leading to lasting and profound changes.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing the transformation in my clients’ lives. The joy and fulfilment they experience as they achieve their desired outcomes are simply priceless. Whether it’s conquering anxiety, gaining self-confidence, overcoming fears, or improving relationships, each success story reaffirms my belief in the incredible potential of the human mind.

As an NLP Trainer, I also have the privilege of mentoring and training aspiring therapists and coaches. Guiding others on their journey to becoming skilled practitioners fills me with immense satisfaction, knowing that I am contributing to a ripple effect of positive change in the world.

In my practice, I embrace a client-centred, solution-focused approach with my client’s wellbeing a priority. By recognising my client’s expertise in their own lives, I empower them to explore their strengths and resources to support them in their transformation.

Outside my practice, I cherish spending time with my family. I find solace in the picturesque landscapes of Ashford and the surrounding Kent Downs. Nature continues to be my sanctuary and a reminder of the beauty and resilience of life. It is from this place of grounding and connection that I draw the strength to guide my clients on their unique paths to transformation.

Life is a journey of self-discovery and growth, and I am grateful every day to be walking alongside my clients, helping them find their inner strength, and witnessing the magic of their deserved outcomes unfold.
