I am a humanistic integrative counsellor and NLP practitioner with many years of experience working in diverse mental health settings. I work with people from all backgrounds and walks of life, supporting them through a wide range of concerns. The therapeutic relationship enables people to explore choices, recognize patterns, and find new ways of relating to themselves and others. My knowledge of mainstream approaches—including person-centered therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and NLP—equips me to offer a holistic approach that adapts to the needs of each client, from adolescents to older adults.

 

My practice is based in Watford, Hertfordshire, and I am easily accessible to those in surrounding areas, including Bushey, Rickmansworth, St Albans, and North London. I also offer online sessions for clients at a greater distance.
