I didn’t find this audio effective on it’s own, I think it is anot as strong as the others. You’d get more benefit using it with another I feel.

I think the concept of getting confidence out of thin air is a stupid one. It just doesn’t work like that. When will people learn that change isn’t easy? I havrn’t bought this audio beacuse it’s probably a waste of money.
