I help clients who wish to make changes to their mental and emotional well-being by developing bespoke strategies that you will easily put into action in everyday life. The sessions I offer are fast-paced and interactive. I am confident that all of my clients leave with new insights and knowledge after every session and I endeavour to make your sessions with me as engaging and down-to-earth as possible. In my opinion, having a problem is painful enough – I don’t want your treatment to be long-winded or unnecessarily uncomfortable too! So if you’ve had an experience of therapy in the past that made you uncomfortable or disengaged, I can promise you that your work with me will feel very different!
The clients I work with have a range of challenges from health-related issues; such as wishing to stop smoking or lose weight, to mental and emotional challenges such as stress, depression or anxiety. As the anxiety epidemic grows, this is an area of work that I find applies to the majority of my clients. I additionally help those with disorders such as ADHD and ASD which may have only been discovered in adulthood. Navigating your way through a diagnosis and developing coping strategies can ease the burden of differentness that you may have felt for most of your life.
As well as being the director of People Building, The Hypnotherapy & NLP Clinic and NLP4Kids, I am a Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner and trainer. I have written two books on NLP and Hypnotherapy and I continue to produce self-development content via my podcast and YouTube channel. This means that I continue to research the subject areas of mental health and the latest sciences to support people in this area, which my clients undoubtedly benefit from.
My practice is based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire and borders Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, meaning I am accessible to those in neighbouring areas such as North London, Watford, Berkhamsted, St Albans, Harpenden and Tring.
