Throughout my time as a hypnotherapist and NLP Therapist, I have picked up quite a lot of additional interventions and strategies along the way. Some of those are from CBT, EFT, EMDR, and more!
I have worked with people on a wide number of mental health challenges such as people who have had anxiety issues, fears & phobias, bad habits, addictions and traumas.
