Do you struggle to stop yourself from taking things personally?

Sometimes it’s difficult to shake off the feeling that it’s about you – even when you logically know it’s not! Today we’re going to explore some strategies to help you when you’ve taken something to heart and need to move on. 

In addition, it’s worth exploring why something has affected you – maybe because at some level you know it is true. But maybe it’s not truly about you and in fact, about the other person. 

In order to maintain your worth you need to have high self-esteem, self-worth, self-confidence etc. Developing a thick skin and being able to dust yourself off requires all those important ‘selfs’ to be in good condition
