Fear can hold you back in life but even more so when the one thing scarier than the scary thing, is the fear of the scary thing!
Often our perception of fear is far greater than the challenge itself but there are ways to put it back into perspective.
A useful way to do this is to better control your internal conversations and to see yourself as greater and stronger than any problem.
Remind yourself of the successes you have had – even the small ones – to give yourself the confidence you need to step outside of your boundaries.
