Ok, it can be easier said than done, I appreciate that. Forget the wow-woo personal development principals that will have you accept that change can be fast and easy, sometimes we need to spend a bit of time wallowing (that’s the word!) but to do so safe in the knowledge that ultimately, everything is going to be alright.
